Shipping & Returns
Orders are shipped Monday and Thursdays excluding holidays.
Please note that occasionally in-stock items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. We will make every effort to communicate any shipping delay within 24 hours of your order.
If we are having a piece custom made for you, please see your order notification for your wait time.
We ship via USPS Priority or UPS. The rates are calculated at checkout. Once shipped packages generally take 3-5 days to arrive.
Please contact us if you would like expedited shipping.
Sorry! We currently don’t ship internationally. If you have a specific request or special situation, please get in touch.
If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, merchandise can be returned for store credit or exchange within 7 days of receipt of goods (No refunds, see exceptions below).
Sale, discounted items, apothecary, jewelry, books, lingerie, engraved or custom items, and vintage are final sales and cannot be returned.
Returned items must be in unused condition and in original packing.
Shipping/handling costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order is placed we are unable to cancel it or make changes. If you ordered a custom item that is being made just for you and have changes, please contact us right away.
